Keeping in mind the current situation, I am just willing to write on a topic which anyone might face which is “Depression”.
I believe everyone should be aware of it.
It is classified as mental illness or mood disorder. It is also described as feeling of sadness, loss, or anger which can affect your everyday activities and makes you eccentric. People need to realize that felling low at sometimes is a part of life because upsetting events happens with all of us, but if the person is feeling hopeless, sad or down on a daily basis or become insomniac then that person will definitely termed as under depression.Sometimes people failed to deal with their problems and they end up quitting their life.But giving up can never be a solution!
BE A WARRIOR NOT A LOSER!
There are many signs which can easily identify depression, but there is not a single problem in this world which does not have a solution, So the solution to overcome depression is also there. We just need to learn how to fight with it. I have mentioned every detail-the causes, the changes and the solutions.
Read all the steps, have patience and understand it.

There are so many reasons in an individual life to get depressed, even sometimes it is difficult to understand the reason behind the depression .And usually people refuses to discuss it because of fear, lack of trust or some privacy issues.
Don’t ever give up on yourself!

SO, HOW TO DEAL WITH THE DIFFERENT PHASES OF DEPRESSION?
1.SELF LOVE: It plays a vital role in a life of depressed person. Before love anybody you need to start loving yourself first. Do whatever which helps to make you feel good about yourself-pampering yourself ,do work on your body ,make yourself fit and smart. It will not only make you feel confident but also help you to love yourself and which is conventionally good for your mental health as well.
2.SOCIALIZE: When a person is depressed he/she prefers to stay at home or make their life less socialize or less gathered by the people. Going out is the last thing which a depressed person wants to do But this changes has to be made to deal with the depressed mind. Shy person usually do that but if you are avoiding this, then at least go for a walk, go to the gym or join any art of living course.
3.HAPPY MEMORY:Visualize or think about the “happy memory”.Think about the moments which makes you happy .Depression starts with over thinking,instead of constantly visualizing the bad memory,consider the other constructive or positive things in your life.
4.MEDITATION:It helps to enhance self awareness,control anxiety,helps to fight with the addiction,and which can conventionally improve the mental health as well. The best time to meditate at 4 AM and 4 PM ,it is not compulsory that you can only mediate at that time but at this mentioned time the pituitary and pineal gland gives highest result.
5. GET ENOUGH SLEEP: Sleeping schedule should be balanced, make a balance in your sleeping schedule-not too much and not too little. Staying up late at night and then getting excessive sleep at the day time can feed your depression. Try not to think about your problems at night because you are half sleepy at that time which can tense your mind even more.
(Suggestion: Do not take any antidepressant medications without consulting to the doctor.)
